Shallow the Village of OB borrow upon bonds of said Village in the sum of $4,560, in addition to $1500 already authorized by proposition...6% interest, for the purchase of property and the erection thereon of a garbage and refuse incinerator...to be completed for the opening of the 1925 season...capacity for incineration of at least 90 barrels of garbage every 24 hours, the sum to be raised by taxation to be levied and collected...
